By booking a session or buying a product on sphinxhealingandwellness.com, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of our services

Tarot, numerology and energy healing offer guidance, insight and perspective. They do not predict fixed outcomes, and results are not guaranteed. Readings and healing sessions are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or mental health advice. Please consult a qualified professional for those needs.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book a session, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Bookings and delivery

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all charges shown at checkout.

• Question-based readings are delivered on WhatsApp within 48 hours of payment unless stated otherwise on the product page.

• Live sessions are scheduled with you after booking, at a mutually convenient time (IST).

• Please provide accurate details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information.

4. Conduct

We may decline or cancel a booking, with a full refund, if a request is abusive, unlawful, or outside the scope of our services.

5. Products

Crystal products are natural and handmade, so colour, size and pattern may vary slightly from photos. Crystals support intention and focus; they are not a substitute for professional advice, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

6. Refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Liability

Any decisions you make after a reading are your own. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new orders.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
