Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sphinx Healing & Wellness is run by Ritu Goyal, India. This policy covers all tarot readings, numerology, energy healing sessions and crystal products bought on sphinxhealingandwellness.com.

Readings and healing sessions

• Full refund if you cancel before your reading is delivered or your session is scheduled.

• Full refund if we are unable to deliver your reading or hold your session within 7 days of payment.

• Full refund for duplicate payments or payments made in error.

• Once a reading has been delivered or a session has taken place, it cannot be refunded, as it is prepared personally for you.

• If you feel your question was not addressed, message us within 48 hours of receiving your reading and Ritu will follow up on the same question at no extra cost.

Crystal bracelets and products

• If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or give a full refund.

• We do not accept returns for a change of mind, as each piece is handmade and cleansed for you.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
